Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sample did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide customers with an accurate representation of the color, finish, and material before purchasing. While our sample is not a full sheet, it is designed specifically for evaluating the product's appearance. In fact, our sample size is one of the largest offered by online tile retailers. For customers who would like to see a larger portion of the pattern or visualize the installation more accurately, we always recommend purchasing a full sheet, which provides the complete design and layout. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the shopping experience. If there's anything we can do to help with your project, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points to ensure full transparency. Our website clearly states a limit of 5 samples per order, and while our system unfortunately allowed a higher quantity due to a technical issue, this is not our standard policy. Additionally, the items in question were out of stock, which is why they were not included in your shipment. Regarding sample pricing, we want to clarify that we do not charge for samples themselves. However, due to system limitations, a minimum value must be assigned online. Our focus has never been on profiting from samples — quite the opposite. We provide them so customers can confidently select the perfect tile for their project. That said, we have processed a full refund ($26) for your sample order, including the items not received. We take pride in being one of the leading online tile stores, not only because of our competitive pricing, but also because of our consistently strong customer service, as reflected across our reviews. It’s unfortunate that this situation led to a negative experience, especially over such a minor amount, when we would have gladly assisted further — including offering additional support or discounts toward your final purchase. If there is anything further we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly value every customer and every project. We wish you the best with your project. — Tiles & Deco Team
