Hi Jay, We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration, especially considering the size of your order. We would like to clarify that our customer service team never confirmed that your entire order had been successfully delivered. Rather, they explained that the shipping carrier had marked the shipment as delivered in their tracking system. As this issue was only brought to our attention yesterday, our team has already requested some additional information and is actively investigating the discrepancy. Please rest assured that your case remains open, and we certainly don't consider an order resolved simply because a carrier marks it as delivered. We take missing items very seriously and are committed to making sure you receive everything you ordered. We kindly ask for a little patience while our team investigates what happened and works toward a resolution. If you have any further questions or additional information that might help, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're always happy to help and want to make sure this is properly resolved. Warm regards, Titan's Kitchen Team

Hi Lekh, We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration regarding the delays and confusion surrounding your order. To clarify, with the selected bundle, it can be selected with or without lid as mentioned. Regarding your delivery, we'd like to explain what happened. Your original order was temporarily put on hold so that we could accommodate your request to add the lids to your shipment. This unfortunately caused a delay, but the good news is that your complete order has now been handed over to the last-mile delivery carrier and is expected to arrive within the next couple of days! We'd also like to reassure you that our customer service team has not ignored your messages. Your most recent email was received just 7 hours ago, and our team simply hasn't had the opportunity to respond yet. We apologize for the wait, and you can expect a response shortly. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Please rest assured that we're committed to making sure you receive your complete order and are happy with your purchase. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're always happy to help! Warm regards, Titan's Kitchen Team

Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your experience! With eggs, preheating the pan properly is especially important. We recommend preheating the pan first over low to medium-low heat, then adding only a small amount of butter or oil and allowing that to heat before adding the egg. That should solve it, and also the non-stick performance of the pan gets better over time. We're happy to hear that overall you're still enjoying the pan. If you need more help getting the best results from your pan, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help! Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team
