My first time filing a trademark. Excellent communication throughout the process. From the owner himself explaining my options at the beginning to their team doing the research and creating the application in a prompt manner. My first name had a high probability of not passing, so I even got to talk to a trademark attorney (15 minute conversation is included in the package) to understand the rules well so I could create a new name. I high recommend this team. They are less expensive than most other companies, but provide incredible, personal service.

Trademark Express and Urgent Trademark helped me file a trademark in a timely fashion. They quickly answered my many questions along the way! We finally submitted on the 3rd attempt! Special thanks to Heather and Tyler!

Great experience. The team was highly knowledgeable and had great insight into the trade name approval process. We had some conflicts on name usage and discussions and the team was great with disseminating through that and advising of the options. Totally worth the time, cost and effort. Thank you TradeMark Express!!
