They do deeper research to really protect your trademark. Other companies only look at one database. They also gave me % likelihood of success, which gave me better info to make a go/no-go decision. They also filed on my behalf for a very small fee, so I didn't have to do the mouse clicks myself after I approved the application. Super accessible with an anytime Zoom link that I could just click on to talk to someone live.

Chris is a wealth of knowledge and experience! I received a trademark expiration notice from a pretty convincing, though unrecognized source. I called Trademark Express before I did anything about it. Chris looked at our trademark and basically saved me from responding to the scam. I wholeheartedly recommend Trademark Express! Dennis Hysom

Thank you so much, Dennis, for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re so glad you reached out to us before responding to the trademark expiration notice. Unfortunately, these types of scams can look very convincing, so it’s always a good idea to verify anything suspicious before taking action. We’re especially happy that Chris was able to review your trademark and help you avoid the scam. We truly appreciate your trust in Trademark Express and your wholehearted recommendation! Thank you again, Dennis!

I had an exceptional experience working with Tyler and his team. Beyond preparing an excellent response to the Office Action, they went above and beyond to make the online filing process remarkably clear and straightforward. Given how critical the submission is, and how little room there is for error, the detailed PDF guidance and step-by-step video walkthrough were invaluable. What could easily have been a stressful and daunting process became easy to navigate, and I was able to complete the filing with confidence every step of the way. The thought, precision, and care invested in supporting a client through the process—not just in preparing the response itself—truly stood out. Tyler’s subject-matter expertise has always been greatly appreciated, but this additional level of support was exceptional. Highly recommended - DGMZ
