Very knowledgeable about trademarks
Very knowledgeable about trademarks. I asked a lot of questions and the consultant was extremely patient with me which I appreciated so much! Great customer service. Got my trademark filed fairly quickly.

The expert trademarking company
TradeMark Express offers expert case-by-case trademark consulting, research and filing services that are cheaper than services offered by an attorney (because of the efficient process) but reliable compared to the cheaper companies (because of the necessary conducted research). Chris and the team showed their dedication to the customer consistently by with phone and email availability/response. Throughout the trademarking process, I received clear answers to my questions and results from their work. I would recommend giving TradeMark Express a call if you are pursuing a trademark!

Kyle, Surprising to see this! Don't shoot the messenger! I see DESIGN SKINZ was legally blocked before your expansion into other countries. Then THE ALLURE COLLECTION was also legally blocked. Your 3rd rollover to LOLLILUXE has 3 conflicts and 4 similarities to review with one of our 5 trademark attorneys. We are awaiting your call to continue or go to a 4th name. Trademarks have their complexities. We are seeking a LEGALLY CLEAR name for your brand. Please hang in there! I'll ask our customer service staff to help you. PS: Because you had two names which proved to be legally blocked at the free preliminary level, after you conferred with our trademark attorney, you have saved $1000 vs other like trademark companies that do not do step-by-step research. I had spoke with them they told me that …
I had spoke with them they told me that they had five lawyers but I had to pay extra so I went and got direction from another lawyer and they still said I needed to talk to their lawyer
