I bought a ticket to see the Miami event in April. As it got closer 2 months before I reached out and said hey I can’t attend can I get a refund? 6 months before payment plan $116 a month.
So
I call the # “…available from 9-5pm… unfortunately nobody is available to take your call…” I got off at 9:30 AM. I called at 11 AM and I called 4 PM. All different days every time “…unfortunately….” I’m like gtfo. I was pissed wrote in an email how disappointed unacceptable response
Option:1 attend next years event(yeah no)
Option 2: fly down and attend and cancel by Day 2………….. like are you joking buy a plane ticket……to go down and cancel in person?????????
Beyond unacceptable customer service. Beyond. Just take my money and run. Unbelievable never ever attending this event ever. No matter those great he really is. It reads scam after dealing with customer service.

Misleading advices
His ideas about men and women are very wrong. A married couple will be happy if the man loves the woman as himself and the woman has deep respect for the man.
Bible teachings are the only reliable advice.
I watch a video by Tony Robin's where he was asking the woman to show him her breast and I was disgusted by the way he treats women. Obviously he was prepared and probably rehearsed material many times where the woman was lost.

Unexpected $873 renewal despite no billing date shown
I was unexpectedly charged $873 for a Tony Robbins Inner Circle renewal. Before the charge was made, I had checked my account and it showed “Next Billing Date: N/A” and “Subscription Cost: N/A.” Based on the information displayed in my account, I had no reason to expect that another $873 payment was about to be taken.
I contacted customer support as soon as I discovered the charge and requested a refund. Despite the amount involved, I have still not received a satisfactory response or resolution.
The transaction has also resulted in additional foreign-exchange costs for me, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I am requesting a full refund of the $873 to my original payment method, reimbursement for the foreign-exchange costs caused by this transaction and the subsequent refund, cancellation of the subscription, and written confirmation that no further recurring payments will be taken.
For a subscription at this price, I expect upcoming renewal information to be clearly displayed and refund requests concerning unexpected charges to be handled promptly. My experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

Unexpected $873 renewal; refund request unanswered for 7 days
I was unexpectedly charged $873 for a Tony Robbins Inner Circle renewal. Before the charge, I checked my account three separate times. It showed “Next Billing Date: N/A” and “Subscription Cost: N/A”, so I did not expect another payment.
I submitted a refund request, but after seven days I have received no response. The transaction also caused a 1% foreign exchange fee of CZK 186.09.
I am requesting a full $873 refund to my original payment method, reimbursement of the CZK 186.09 fee and any additional foreign exchange fees or conversion loss caused by the refund, cancellation of the subscription, and written confirmation that no further recurring charges will be made. The lack of clear billing information and a response to my refund request has been very disappointing.

Charged $435.64 for a subscription I never signed up for
In January 2026 I registered for a free Tony Robbins online seminar. I never agreed to a recurring subscription. A $1 USD trial charge appeared on my card on January 24, which then silently converted into a $39 USD/month "VIP" membership. I have been billed every month since, $435.64 CAD total across 9 charges, all without my authorization.
I never received a contract, a confirmation email, or a single receipt for any of these charges. I called both customer service numbers (1-800-488-6040 and 800-531-0480). Both went straight to voicemail.
A company that bills your card monthly but won't pick up the phone or send receipts is not one I trust. I am disputing every charge with my bank and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Quebec's Office de la protection du consommateur.

Ignored repeatedly. Tried to cancel a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. $234 owed
UPDATE: Tony Robbins is still ignoring me and charging me for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for
I am updating my review because the situation has now become even more frustrating.
Since my original review, I have contacted Tony Robbins’ team multiple times requesting a refund of the $234 I was charged for Tony Robbins AI and asking them to cancel the subscription.
I have received no response.
I have also received no response to my Trustpilot review.
Most concerningly, the subscription has still not been cancelled, despite me explicitly asking them to cancel it. I have now had further payment attempts made against my account for a service I never knowingly signed up for and have never used.
To recap, I originally paid $1 for the Time to Rise Summit because I understood that I was paying to access the event recording, as I was busy and unable to watch it live. I did not understand that this would enrol me into a separate $39 monthly Tony Robbins AI subscription. I would never knowingly have signed up for a monthly AI subscription, particularly as I have no monthly income.
I was subsequently charged $39 six times, totalling $234, and only became aware of the subscription when another payment was attempted and declined because I no longer had sufficient funds.
I have repeatedly explained that I am unemployed, have no income and have just £16.43 available. I have never used Tony Robbins AI and have asked for the $234 to be refunded.
What I find particularly shocking is the complete lack of compassion, discretion and basic customer service. I have given the company every opportunity to address this directly and have received silence.
Tony Robbins publicly promotes helping people, creating positive change and making a difference in people’s lives. I find it extremely difficult to reconcile those values with ignoring someone who is explaining that they did not knowingly sign up for a recurring service, have never used it, are experiencing genuine financial hardship and are asking for help.
I am not asking for something unreasonable. I am asking them to cancel a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for, stop attempting to charge me and refund the $234 that has already been taken.
The fact that I am still having to chase this, while the subscription remains active and further payment attempts continue, is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly urge anyone signing up for a Tony Robbins offer to check extremely carefully whether they are also being enrolled into recurring services they did not intend to purchase.
