losing trade with Telegram Signal Provider.

Very Bad! Most signal providers do not send complete signal initially. Signal is updated via "edit" by signal provider. Some signals are meant to execute when the price fall within range. However, Telegram signal copier can only execute it at market order. That also meant trade can open without stop loss if you do not configure properly. I lost money because the trade was executed in market order even though it does not fall within the price range given by signal provider. If you are not in front of your computer to monitor all the trades, you are running a big risk! That defeat the purpose of having a software to execute the trade. Please avoid this product!

We value our client's feedback. However, we cannot agree with his feedback and here is the reason-- The issue was- his signal provider at first shares XAUUSD BUY NOW signal WITHOUT ENTRY PRICE and after some time, his provider edits the signal with pending entry price and SL price and TP price. Now this client wants to execute the signal when the signal is edited with pending entry price, not when the signal initially posted as XAUUSD BUY. So, when the XAUUSD BUY signal is initially posted, the copier executes it as market order as there is not ENTRY PRICE mentioned in the signal. If there was any entry price mentioned at first, the copier would read the price and execute at that price. Now, if a person can think logically, he would understand that an already running trade can not be turned to pending order through editing the signal message. However, he can place the SL price and TP price in the trade through editing, placing a pending entry price to a running market order is not realistic. However, if a person doesn't want to execute a trade withour SL and TP price, he can ignore the trade as well through IGNORE TRADE WITHOUT SL and TP option.
