I've worked with Tradewheel for 6 months. Mr. Derek Sun, my supposed ISM, keeps getting me non-serious buyers. They are all almost from India and Pakistan. No buyers from my target market: Europe. I think Tradewheel's ISMs only have connections in India and Pakistan as the company is based in Pakistan. I think Mr. Derek Sun, my ISM, has very limited qualifications and very limited connections. The follow-up is very poor and almost absent. The service is really useless for me but I know that even if I ask for a refund for the three remaining months, I'll get nothing.
