Hi Tosin, 2 October 2026 – Initial response I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had, and I wanted to personally take a closer look at your setup. Based on our initial conversation, one concern was that the EA appeared to be generating a large amount of history or log data, which was contributing to high storage usage and affecting the VPS environment. We recommended using our AutoNotify monitoring tool with a storage warning at around 80%, so you can receive an early alert before disk usage becomes critical and potentially affects your trading platform. I also reached out to you personally so we could continue investigating rather than simply leaving the matter unresolved. 9 October 2026 – Follow-up after further investigation After continuing to work with you and reviewing the setup in more detail, we identified another important factor. Your MT5 was connected to Exness-MT5Real21, which is located in South Africa. The geographical distance from the VPS was therefore contributing significantly to the higher latency you were experiencing. We advised switching to Exness-MT5Real20, which is located in Singapore and provides approximately 1–2ms latency from our Singapore infrastructure. This is a much more suitable location for your trading setup. We also reviewed the resource requirements of your VPS and increased both the disk space and RAM at no additional cost to you. This was done to better accommodate your trading setup and help ensure smoother operation. I wanted to provide this follow-up publicly because our support does not stop after responding to a review. Sometimes an issue requires further investigation to understand the complete picture, and in this case we continued working with you until we were able to identify the contributing factors and improve the environment accordingly.
