Hi Olivier, Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience — we truly appreciate it. We completely understand your point regarding pricing, and we respect your transparency. Our goal has always been to provide not just a VPS, but a premium trading environment. What we offer includes: 1. Sub-1ms ultra-low latency, which is only achievable by a handful of providers globally 2. Real human support (no chatbots), as you experienced — ensuring every issue is properly understood and handled 3. 24/7 technical assistance, with fast and knowledgeable responses 4. High-end hardware and optimized infrastructure designed specifically for trading 5. Redundancy and stability, so clients can trade with confidence without interruptions All of these come with higher operational costs, but they are also what allow us to deliver the level of performance and reliability our clients depend on. That said, we truly value your support and understanding, and we’ll continue doing our best to deliver a service that justifies the investment. If there’s ever anything we can improve on, we’re always open to feedback. Warm regards, Ace TradingFXVPS Team 🚀
