So far it works decent but as far as it went out on me twice I can't see my settlements can't see my score cards

Awesome app..best way to get paid..

The only reasons I give it 4 instead of 5 are: when you take a picture of the documents you’re scanning instead of popping up with an alert about image quality just let us review the documents on our own. Another thing that is kind of annoying is having so many notifications, I read them but they don’t always show up as having been read unless I manually select that option. Everything else is great and I consider those to only be mild annoyances.

I don't know if it's on our end of transflo or your end of transflo.. I absolutely love using the app. But the apps not all there. I don't know if our people aren't putting in all the information for the loads, or if it's a transflo problem. More than likely I don't think it's your problem. I would like to see, PTL, use transflo, coincidingly with Qualcomm. At this point we can only get messages through the Qualcomm which if you're out of the truck you miss your message. But, if it coincided with Qualcomm, and got sent to your phone, we would never miss messages or loads we could answer them right away. Even if for example we were at Walmart shopping. I would love to be able to talk to the fleet managers this way, to get our pre-plans, all of our information, and then the whole thing, be on Qualcomm just like It has always been. Also, I would love to know in advance a week's worth of loads. That way I could sit down and plan out my week, barring any kind of incident, that way we know exactly where we're going. How to utilize our time. And not do a whole lot of sitting. Like we have been. You've got us, we are a good resource, now use us to our full potential. All in all we have a lack of communication. And I believe if we use the trans flow correctly, our lack of communication will lessen. Thank you for your time. Ruth Stricklen
