This company is awesome. I'm going on my 5th dumpster and i have not had one problem. In phoenix they have cheaper rates by 50.00 and you get double the weight then most dumpster rentals. I 'am very pleased with this company.

Trash Daddy was the first roll off company that didn't have a wait list or was backed up. They dropped off the dumpster and picked it up when they said they would.

You already left a similar review on Google. So clearly this review is not about "legitimate" feedback. Everyone reading this should understand this is an attempt to hurt a locally owned small business because you did not get what you wanted, just as you threatened you would do. It's very unfortunate that you choose to do this. It is true the dumpster wasn't delivered. As I explained to you, the landfills all across the city were closed due to high winds. That puts everyone's schedule behind (not just ours). In addition, we tell EVERY customer up front, at the time of their order, about the possibilities of delays, just like this, in an attempt to help our customers understand this business/industry. Schedules being delayed due to landfill closures from weather, or traffic accidents, truck breakdowns, or similar occurrences do not at all equate to "terrible customer service". We simply cannot control that, and we are honest with our customers before they order about these things. I'm sorry there was a delay, but leaving multiple bad reviews in an attempt to hurt a small locally owned company does not help your situation, or any future customers. We have over 100 5 star reviews, so I can say with absolute confidence that, even though sometimes there are delays outside of anyone's control, the vast majority of the time the dumpsters come on time, and the service is great. Don't take my word for it. Anyone reading this can read all of our 5 star reviews on our website.
