Lack of communication caused us to miss beginning of London Tour. Did not receive email supposedly sent week before tour. Received it 8:30 on day of tour indicating meeting place which we could not get to for tour. Was supposed to be picked up at hotel. Had to join tour after lunch break.

Our transfer wasent on time when I rang was told that he took someone else and would come back to get us waited a further 20 min rang again he told me he was nearly there finally arrived and said sorry names were the same not sure how gwenda and Rachel sounded the same we paid a lot of money for the service and was not at all happy especially when we had a cruise to catch would not recommend

First, we got where we needed to be without incident. Understand that TravelCompendium is a virtual company that books independent vendors for services. They communicated only by email often on a next day basis. Try to find a phone number on their website (or address)... Our transfer bus driver did just that, he had no plan and had never done our trip relying on his phone. When we got to Stonehenge, he asked the bus how long do you want to stay. I used TC to reduce my anxiety, instead they created more.
