The first driver that picked us up was great. He took us to the tour bus that would take us to Stonehenge. That driver, was just a driver. No personality. No insights or comments on our tour. What was very disappointing was even though we had already paid for our ticket through the tour, when we arrived our entire bus wasted 25 precious chaotic minutes because we had to make another line to get our tickets. All the other tour groups had been given their ticket/wristbands by their driver. So we only had 30min to see Stonehenge and No time to see all the other things that were available at the sight ….I would book a different tour next time because of this.

Hop on Hop Off bus ticket could not be validated and had to pay a separate charge to get on bus. Customer service could not be reached. Abandoned use of the ticket and attractions we wished to see.

The drivers were great. However we were told to book a 12 person van. We were later told to use an 8 and 6 seater. In the morning the first driver contacted me asking if we were 12 people. He was not aware of the 2nd van. He did manage to get the second van on time so everything worked out. When I tried calling I got no answer with about 6 attempts and that was annoying.

Booked through London toolkit and everything was just fine. Shared van showed up exactly within the 1 hr time window. Mercedes van was nice and driver was courteous and professional. Door to door service was worth the price. Only negative comment is I would have liked an updated confirmation a few days out. I reached out to them, slightly concerned and they did respond positively..just know this is a broker service and they farm out the jobs..
