Driver was there on time with a big enough vehicle for all of us & our luggage.

Waited on the driver for over 75 minutes for them to not show! No phone calls and no one answered at customer service. Would not recommend. *Edited to add: My phone was not off as I tried calling the number on the email that I did receive, twice with no answer both times. I did leave a call back message the second time, without receiving any notification at all. I was waiting for over an hour for the driver to walk by with a sign bearing my name and also sent my partner walking around the area to search for the driver multiple times as various cars approached the area. I will state again the driver did not make an appearance.

Hi Christine, We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced during your transfer. On the day of your transfer, our driver as well as our team tried to call you but it seems that your phone was switched off. The whole shuttle waited for you an hour and the driver asked the other passengers to be patient but as you booked a shared transfer, there can't be too much change on the schedule. Each passenger is expecting a good service from us which is why our driver had to leave. We're committed to improving our services and hope for another opportunity to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, The Team at Travel Compendium

Our driver was at the cruise terminal on time. Nice comfortable long drive. GPS provided inaccurate destination point, missed by two blocks. Driver corrected the situation.

Driver never showed. Had to use a cab instead. No response on a refund. Update: Cab fare refunded. Although it took some time, Travel Compendium made good on their contract with me.
