The move and transition from being out of state has been amazing the home is perfect kids wife everyone is happy with how things have gone and how the house has been.

I have been dealing with the same issue (hvac - no a/c) for several weeks to no avail. I called the emergency line and I was told someone would contact me within a few minutes. It’s been several hours since that call and I haven’t had any contact. Two people came out on different days to tell me the same thing - it’s broken and needs to be replaced. My son has medical issues and I have had to buy many fans and portable air conditioners. It is at the point where I will need to go to a hotel.

Overall our experience has been great. I would have to say the only negative is sometimes it can be hard to get ahold of someone when we call or for claims issues we got bounced around from depart to depart until we finally got to someone who could help. Otherwise Tricon has been a great property management company to work with.
