Poor customer care, they don’t care about us tenants. We’ve been without water at our home for two days now because of the leaking pool. This has happened twice now

Hi Marlon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disruptive the loss of water service has been. We have carefully reviewed your account and confirmed that this matter has already been discussed with you by a member of our team. We also confirmed that concessions had previously been provided in an effort to assist with the water-related concerns. Based on our review, the interruption in water service was not the result of any action taken by Tricon. We understand this has been a frustrating situation. After a thorough review, our position remains unchanged, and no additional concessions will be issued at this time. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, we remain available to assist.

The experience with Tricon has been wonderful. The ease of being able to contact Tricon for any issues is easy and the property is wonderful. The only thing would be if I could use my own internet company.

My family and I have lived in a rental house for almost two years through Tricon and we feel more and more comfortable and safe every day. The ticket system Tricon uses for maintenance issues, is resident-friendly & they have done everything possible through their actions and clear communication to make us feel welcome to the community. We have just signed the renewal and would recommend leasing a home through Tricon.
