Horrible customer service. We had a question regarding our application and contacted them, only to go unanswered. We were later even rejected on the false pretense we "did not make enough" despite EASILY making 3x rent with a couple hundred on top of that. They're nothing but a scam, go with another company.

Avoid at all costs it is not worth it. Absolutely the worst property management company. They constantly double charge me for utilities and then refuse to reverse the charges or let me put the utilities in my name and pay them myself. They refuse to perform any maintenance on the property. When I have been able to finally get someone to the house for repairs who they send do not have background checks or credentials. It has been very unsafe. They also constantly lock you out of the app so you can not make payments and then have to do a walk in payment or cashiers check. Our house is a rent to buy with home partners, managed by tricon. They raise our rent every year and they made the purchase price of our home 250,000 over what it was valued at so there is no possi le way to be able to purchase it. This was the worst mistake I ever made renting a home from tricon.
