Very expensive bubble magic 20 gallon…
Very expensive bubble magic 20 gallon was shipped without any quality control. A deformity, not even a crack from shipping, allowed the unit to leak. My house suffered significant water damage as when filled with 20 gallons of water I couldn't even move it. Also nothing I could do to stop it from leaking once filled. I fixed the leak with silicone sealant but the damage to my carpet and house is already done. Never again!!!!! Update, I fixed the leak like I said and did not want to deal with the return process. However if these units were qc'd from the manufacturer it wouldn't have happened and I wouldnt have to do home repairs now. So I assume others have similar defects... A headache I want nothing to do with.

We're very sorry to read this. That is not the experience we want any customer to have. I can see from our records that your order delivered on July 27, and we've gone back through our records and can't find any message from you about the unit before this review. We genuinely wish we had heard from you sooner. When a customer lets us know that something arrived defective or damaged, we work immediately to get it replaced under warranty, and we're usually able to turn that around quickly. We'd far rather solve the problem than have you stuck with a unit that leaks. We'd like to get a look at the unit, arrange a warranty replacement, and understand exactly what went wrong so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Kindly send us an email with photos of the damage so we can get you sorted out.
