In a corporate culture customer service…
In a corporate culture customer service and support have become secondary over profits.It is a real pleasure doing business with Trim leaf!They have artificial intelligence as most companies have to have these days,but when you have a problem and pick up the phone you are not greeted with AI You are connected to a knowledgeable person who is versed in delivery services order problems or updates .And they know there product well .

My order had a slight delay because…
My order had a slight delay because they were out of stock They did state that on their website. But then boom I got mine really fast.I received the canatrol coolcure c.when it arrived by ups it had a dent on top to the left rear side,and the light inside wouldn't come on.Apart from that everything worked fine,I tested it.So I called Canatrol about the light,they explained that a small magnet got displaced during shipping.With their instructions I realigned the magnet now everything works fine.I love that machine.
