I have contacted this place multiple times and keep getting the run around or not being answered at all. I have asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me my almost 500 dollars back. I am reporting this company to the BBB. Doing this to ppl in this economy is crazy.

I signed up with Trinity on 9/15 due to a shipping issue with another GLP-1 company. I have received NO MEDS thus far as of today 9/30. Only email replies that say it is “held up in the pharmacy.” I asked for a refund twice. Only one reply that said they couldn’t credit me because it was already at the pharmacy. I have had no updates since Friday 9/25. I sent 2 messages today with no reply. I even said I was filing a complaint with the BBB in my second message. Still no response. I went back to my original GLP-1 company last week and received my meds within 2 days. STAY CLEAR OF TRINITY MEDS. I am also a registered nurse and people come to me frequently for advice. I will make sure to tell everyone NOT to use this company.

Absolute scam of a company with predatory policies and total indifference toward their clients. Avoid Trinity Meds at all costs! I had active subscriptions for both GLP-1 and NAD+. On the exact day I was auto-charged for NAD+, I called customer service immediately to stop the shipment—I still had plenty left, and frankly, the product felt ineffective anyway—and asked for a refund. The representative casually told me they could cancel the shipment so nothing would be sent, but refused to give me my money back due to "company policy." I then asked if that charge could at least be applied as a credit toward my ongoing GLP-1 subscription instead. Once again, I was hit with a flat "No." So Trinity Meds is completely fine taking your money, sending you absolutely nothing, and offering zero credit. That is outright theft. When I told the rep to cancel every single one of my subscriptions because I refuse to support a business with such manipulative, dishonest practices, she didn't even care. She made zero effort to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer—just a cold, indifferent "Okay." Beyond their atrocious customer service, their entire operation is wildly incompetent. When I first ordered GLP-1, I had to call them at least five times just to get my initial package shipped. They were missing information on their end and didn't even bother reaching out to clarify it; they just let my order sit in limbo. To top it off, their GLP-1 is noticeably less effective than what I have received from other reputable providers, and the NAD+ was completely useless. Trinity Meds relies on subscription traps, terrible communication, and weak products. If you get hit with an auto-charge or need help, they will happily steal your cash and tell you tough luck. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate provider that actually respects its clients.

I didnt order meds for this month and my money was taken by Trinity Meds. I was giving myself a break. I didnt do a check in or anything. I need a refund ASAP. The number on line is a fraud number. I am so angry.

Absolutely worst service and meds don’t work. They respond frequently with “we hear you” but don’t actually listen or care. It’s always “we’ve escalated your request, or we’ve sent a response to you” when nothing exists on your texts or emails even when you check spam. Their med has done zero for me after losing weight on a previous company’s med. I’ve asked for a refund but only received more lip service thus far. Finally got refund for remaining months but wasted three months and a lot of $$ on them.

...and only giving one star to be able to post the review. Trinity Meds is a TOTAL ZERO. When you complete intake (right) and can't schedule a 10 minute call with a doctor for one month, that's deliberate. It isn't because they are SO popular the books are full. They delay the first consult for 30 days, then AFTER the consult, immediately place a 2nd charge to your "subscription" when you haven't even received the first medication order. I needed to cancel the subscription due to an unexpected health challenge; requested no additional medication be sent and a refund for the shipment that would NOT be filled. They RUSHED a second medication shipment EVEN AFTER they were notified the cancellation was due to a health issue!!!!!! FRAUDULENT and misleading practices. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I would give them a zero if I could- they responded to my previous review saying my medication has been ordered. But now have rec email about a delay in processing my order over and over. They have told me I cannot receive a refund due to their policy. Management will not call back. Avoid this service!!

My husband and I both ordered tirzepatide, but the company failed to deliver our orders. We contacted them to cancel and requested refunds since we never received the medication, but they refused to issue refunds. We have since disputed the charges with our credit cards. The entire experience has felt extremely shady. After my call, I tried to leave a review through their automated system, but the representative put me on hold until the review system timed out, so I never got the opportunity to leave feedback. To make matters worse, when my husband originally signed up, they changed his prescription to a lower dose. Between the delivery issues, refusal to refund us for medication we didn't receive, the problems leaving feedback, and the prescription change, we have completely lost confidence in this company. I would not recommend them based on our experience. Update reply: The second order was supposed to ship out on Sept 18. It’s now Sept 28. They claim they can’t cancel the order even though it hasn’t shipped yet. I get an email daily apologizing for the delay. And I reply saying cancel everyday. They won’t cancel. It’s shady.
