So glad I found this company!! What a wonderful and much needed design and concept. I’am thrilled with the puzzle bowl. It has made such a huge difference in my Golden’s eating speed. Before he would just gulp down his meal. Now he actually has to slow down which is so much healthier for our pups! The fact that the bowls stay in place on the mats is awesome. No more water spillage all over my floors. Delivery was fast and putting the stand together was a breeze. They are durable and come in a variety of colors. They even have lids for the bowls when traveling. Customer service was top notch! Don’t hesitate .. buy!!! Thank you Trotpets for this amazing product!!!

This company took my money and never sent my two sets of dog bowls/ stands . I asked for a refund via email twice and they didn't refund the money. They filed for bankruptcy! I'm out almost $300! And the new company that purched them should be held responsible. They disgust me. I have all correspondence and documentation to back this up. Order #PS5950 For YOUR REFERENCE! And if you don't like the criticism, you should not have bought a thieving company without righting the wrongs!

I couldn't be happier with our new bowl set. Quality and appearance exceeded expectations. Website made it very easy to decide and order. Shipping was quick. It was a nice surprise that the mat is rigid so I can use it like a tray for changing water and food and cleaning at am/pm feed times. The puzzle feeder has dramatically slowed my dog down and I think it lets her brain catch up with her impulse to gorge. It might be a little frustrating for her, but overall I think the health and perhaps weight control benefits will make it well worth it. Thanks for creating such an excellent product.

Look, it's not their fault that the former owners completely GHOSTED all of their pre-orders. Since we placed our original order, our pup (who was 9 weeks) is now 14 months so we already had our bowl set but we wanted to get the stand for our now LARGE dog. With that said, the quality of the 12" stand is not great - easy to put together, but a little wobbly and weak. If our current bowls break, we'd perhaps try the magnetic bowls with the tray - we love the concept!

I had purchased a Trot set with the first owners and actually received it. I’ve been very pleased with mine so when the company came back with new owners I purchased one with a 12” stand for my dads dog. It shipped quickly and I received exactly what I expected. My dad and his dog are very pleased with their new Trot set.

I ordered from the “former” company who, although they supposedly are not affiliated with they still apparently are marketing to the old mailing list from former company to customers that got scammed, since I got an email today from them. I asked them about it, got a quick reply that said they can’t honor my previous order but they should be trusted. No, thank you. That’s really vile to be marketing to people who already lost money. No discount offered or anything. Unbelievable. I’m shocked that they even have my email as a new iteration with no affiliation with the old company…🧐 UPDATE 9/3/23 More information was requested or else my review might get taken down. Interestingly, when I contacted Trot Pets (as it shows up in my email which is the old company name AND email, not the new company name even though they disavow any affiliation) they didn’t ask for my order information. They only asked for it after my review here. They also didn’t respond to my last email to them sent 8/23. I tried to work this out before coming to Trust Pilot to warn people. I was offered 20% off and free shipping. Those kinds of incentives are regular sale tactics which means they would still be profiting from my order. No. That’s not how you treat former/prior customers who got screwed. You utilize your profits to make it right and give it to them for free, for the price of shipping, or at cost at the very least. Also, previously, the company claimed, “A percentage of every sale goes directly to the Little Angels Project.” If orders never got fulfilled I wonder if they ever actually fulfilled their promise of a charitable contribution? Don’t pretend your 20% discount is even remotely helpful to customers who lost all their money and faith. This product isn’t “needed”. You are simply trying to make a profit. This is a business venture. You aren’t saving or changing lives in a significant way. These reviews should hurt because trying to reprofit off of people who already lost money is so grossly greedy. Here’s the information requested so my review isn’t taken offline: ORDER #PS18781 placed on 9/13/22

After purchasing a set from the original Trot, with so many problems, I was VERY hesitant to try Trot 2.0 with new owners. I have have to say delivery was quick, the set is great and they even came with covers for the bowls! Very Happy with purchase!

The wooden stand is a bit flimsy for this price. The legs are too thin.
