After writing a review regarding the instability of the stand I received the company reached out to me and offered to send a new one, at no additional cost to me! I was beyond surprised. Being a customer that didn't receive my entire order from the previous ownership made me reluctant to order the stand. Because I loved the look and product so much, I took a chance and so very glad I did! We just got a puppy so will be ordering another set soon!

I looked into this brand prior to liquidation and luckily did not purchase at that time. At time of purchase now, the bowls exceeded expectation. There was a minor issue with shipping and customer service reached out to me immediately for resolution.

I hung in as long as I could with the prior owners because of the apparent quality and uniqueness of these bowls and the feeder stand and I was sorry when they went out of business. I was delighted to learn that I could still get this terrific product from the new organization. My purchase met all my expectations — solidly made, obvious quality, unique, prompt delivery, and a beautiful addition to my home. And my Golden Retriever, who has been fussy about bowls in the past, loves them! Thanks, TrotPets!

Requested a return 2 days ago and still no authorization.

Do business with these people at your own peril. Was a pre-launch purchaser who was stalled and repeatedly lied to, waiting over a year to receive my purchase, until the company suddenly filed for bankruptcy. Filed a claim as a creditor last year, but have yet to see any of my money back. Now they reappear as supposed new owners with the same name, the same product, the same website, etc. and I'm supposed to send them money again? I don't think so.

Fantastic bowls, quality products. Absolutely nothing compares. Cheaper ones are just that. I’ve had them now for over 6 months and they still look brand new. Love the magnetic mat that hold bowls securely in place. My 1 yr old big boy eats slower now. Highly recommend, great set of bowls and mat.

If you back this company at all cancel your payment get a refund from your bank report it to PayPal do whatever you can to get your money back. I back to this on a pre-order in December 2021 and almost a year later have been given the runaround through emails and messages stating that my bowls are coming however they never do. Their last correspondence stated that at the beginning of September they would have updated information and that all medium orders should be shipped by the first part of November and here I am still waiting for a shipping information to be provided to me. If I could write the lower than one star I would buyers beware do not back this company at all under any circumstance. Reposting as my original review was removed. I waited 2 years never got a thing. Now I see this company advertising again and positive reviews? Nothing was ever done to compensate me and the hundreds I spent on orders. I’ll tell you what TrotPets since you don’t reply to anyone’s negative comments on here other than to spout your little bit of “oh it was the prior owner we’re not going to do anything for you”, reply to me here or on your Instagram. Let’s see if you really want to earn your trust back from someone who was out over $200, or if you’ll give away bowls to try and boost the moral of new potential buyers to a company name that was already dragged through the mud. Edit- Respond to all reviews good and bad? That’s it? Why don’t you reach out to the several emails, messages, and DMs sent in all social media instead of blocking me on Facebook?

The ordering process is very easy. I ordered a set first and then another bowl later. They all came pretty quickly and the items are very well made.
