I am delighted the Trot bowls are back! The entire set is beautiful and functional (dishwasher safe!) This is our second set for our girls. The stand has a minor design flaw. The mat doesn't fit perfectly, sits on top of the stand rather than inside the grooves on the bottom of the mat. We trimmed the edges of the stand so it would fit snuggly inside the mat to keep the mat from sliding off of the stand while the girls are working on the slow feeder :)

Purchased these bowls with the original company and took months to receive them. Was reluctant to order again, but due to the bowls being such an awesome product and getting a 2nd dog, I took the risk. This time, I received the bowls/tray within a week of ordering, and they are the same great quality! Very happy with my purchase and new owners of this company! Thank you!

Quick and kind in their communication, understanding of minor errors that arose, and swift to rectify. Everything you could ask for in a customer service team.

I got the bowl/stand set and I absolutely love them! The quality is great and they look so nice in my home. They’re worth the investment!

In general, I like the bowl set and mat for our dog. I probably should have waited for the large set to come out as the medium is not quite as big as I want for our dog. The slow feeder does not slow down his eating as much as his older "plastic" feeder, but I am happy he is not eating bits of plastic anymore! The magnets do not quite hold as well as I had hoped, but in general they do their job. Our dog is a somewhat fast eater, so not sure that anything will help keep his bowl in place. Thanks for picking up this idea and bringing it to the market.

So excited to have received my package! I ordered the stand, mat and both bowls in the blue and it looks great! It really has helped my boy slow down with his food inhaling which is timely as he recently had an issue with bloat. My only issue is that I did not realize that the size shipped at this time was a medium and this is too small for my 80 lb boxer boy! However, I sent an email to customer service and they were extremely quick to respond and added me to the waitlist for the large size. Can’t wait to get the replacement and then I will donate my current set.

First let me say that I am very excited that this company was purchased and they are selling the products. I originally invested in the startup but due to the pandemic and production issues I never received my product. Then I got an email about a month ago from the new owners and purchased right away. My bowls arrived today and I am so excited about the quality and the over all look. I have an 8 year old Great Dane so I ordered the complete set with a 12” stand. I was worrisome about the size when I ordered because her old bowls and stand are about 14” tall then the bowls so we were losing about 2”. I am very pleased with how they look and I’m impressed with the stand. It is tall enough for her and her stance looks no different. The only downside is that there is no size of the bowls on the site so I again was hopeful that the large stand would come with large bowls. They are the medium size bowls which are for 2 cups, the large would be for 3 cups from the original owners. Nonetheless, they are great bowls, the mat is amazing, and the stand is great. Very modern and sleek. My only wish is that I knew the bowl size prior to purchasing or had the option for different sizes in bowls.

Made a mistake with my first order they quickly fixed the Mistake and sent me the correct item at no additional charge. They had sent me a 3" stand instead of a 6" stand sent the 6" to me fast and for free. However is Trot or Friday either way the stand and bowls are fantastic.
