I was more than disappointed with the previous owners of Trotpets. I never received the bowl or a refund of any kind. This new Trotpets is wonderful. They communicate well and do what they say! The product arrived and is beautiful and the quality advertised. Thank you for rescuing this company and getting the product to customers.

Great customer service and quick shipping

Thank you to the new owners for taking this on and providing quality modern products for our homes and pups. I ordered the set with stand expecting two standard bowls per the picture and was sent a slow feeder (which was in the description, I saw the pic). I contacted them by email and received a prompt response that they would honor this and sent me a standard bowl. Could I give them 4 stars for this? Yes, but you have to take into account how businesses, especially one with new owners, resolve issues to customer's satisfaction and they did for me.

I had a small issue with my order that was quickly remedied after leaving this review. 5 stars for an excellent product, quick shipping, and now great customer service! Original review: Shipping was fast and the order was sent shortly after I made the purchase. The product is good quality, but but the biggest complaint I have about the complete kit is that the mat does not properly fit over the 6 inch stand. It has fallen off a few times already while my dog is eating and made quite a mess. I would be happy to update my review to 5 stars if there’s any way this could be remedied.

I was one of the original customers that felt deceived after preordering and prepaying for a product that sounded great only to never receive it after months of promises followed by a notice that the company was now bankrupt. After receiving a recent email from the new management claiming a dedication “to providing the highest level of service and integrity” I took the plunge and re-ordered the set I was hoping to receive over a year ago. Mostly because it seemed like such a great idea for a product but also because I was curious how it would play out. After placing my order I was quickly sent a shipping notice and my bowl set arrived in a couple days. The stand however did not fit. I let them know and was promptly sent a replacement stand. Yet the replacement stand was the wrong height- they promptly replaced that as well. The magnetic bowls with the mat and now the proper stand are quite sturdy and it’s a really great looking solid set. Looks like the new management is sincere in their efforts to work out the bugs and gain the trust of their customers.

The bowls came fast and were nicer than imagined.

Love that you only accept orders of items in stock! It was shipped and received very timely. Quality is excellent. I ordered the medium bowl w/the 6 inch stand as a gift for our "grand-dog" and she loves it <3

The new management/owners of this company are providing everything promised by the previous owners. Their lengthy apology email convinced me to give it another shot and the bowls arrived quickly and are perfect! Finally, exactly what I wanted!
