Sarah A. was amazing! I have been going through alot in my personal life, which has been affecting my health and mental well being. I had some issues with one of the Dr's from Eden, and one of the other support staff (I won't name names). Sarah patiently helped me through the process, which was a refreshing change from the previous staff!

Kind and listened
Brent listened to my concerns and was able to help me align my next treatment as to not create a delay with my treatment for the each upcoming month. Was very helpful.

Sarah went above and beyond to help a stuck order. I must say I was pretty grumpy when I called. Ended the call very happily and she resolved my issue.

Katie was absolutely incredible
Katie was absolutely incredible. I just moved and the move alone was a nightmare not to mention they keep rejecting all our packages. When my meds were rts , I panicked. Katie handled everything so well, it made an almost nightmare into a quick fix. She was super responsive, kind, professional, and very helpful. Katie made sure I was in the loop in every part of the process. I am so grateful for her help. She deserves and raise and a promotion. #teamkatie
