Huge delays between shipments.
I have read similar reviews to this one but going to add my experience. My first shipment went out within a day of speaking with the doctor. The second shipment hasn't shipped and it's been over 2 weeks. I think at least 5 or 6 care reps have told me one or two more days during that time. 3 of them have told me they will follow up but never did. There are other competitors out there who will compete for your business so I would suggest looking elsewhere for consistency alone.

Amazing Customer Service and Pricing
I love doing business with Eden. Today my customer service rep. Samantha helped me with questions about my account and helped me avoid having excess medication that I didn’t need yet. I appreciate the services I receive from Eden.

Outstanding, truly world class service
When was the last time someone you were chatting with at a service provider picked up the phone and called you directly to offer further clarification? For me the answer was never, until this morning. I had multiple questions and Kevin could tell that we weren't getting where we needed to be by chat so he picked up the phone, introduced himself, and offered to further clarify. He was exactly right - I did need more help, and he provided it. What a great service experience!

I needed to know about pricing and Ricky got back to me within the hour. Fast response, he even followed up to make sure I was satisfied and didn't need anything else .

Comfortable & easy process
The whole process was very easy & informative. I felt very well taken care of & the doctor was very helpful. The medication is working very well with little to no side effects.
