I'm not the typical user so my experience is not realistic in my opinion. I had hoped to find something that I could use for work in noisy environments and shooting. I had trouble getting a good fit from any of the provided plugs, I've worn muffs and plugs for over 50 years but apparently I've been limited to foam and/or muffs at this point in my life. I've passed the Ravines off to my grandson to try--he is an avid hunter, shooter etc.

I had high hopes with this company. I was looking forward to obtaining ear buds for the range. The order was a surprise for me but after this it came over seas and lack of tracking once it arrived in the states it starting to see why more people choose Amazon verses small companies. After emailing multiple times it out for delivery on the 10th day of the 7-10 day delivery window. I purchased the delivery and shipping coverage in the hopes it be needed. Now instead of Ravine resolving the issue with the delivery company I had to email them and call them to figure what is going. As of today Monday 8.31.26 no response, no tracking update. I had hope to purchase another set for my spouse but as of now.Ill take my chances and money some elsewhere else.

We’d like to clarify that our standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date the order is dispatched. After reviewing the previous communication you had with our Customer Support team, we can confirm that our team had responded and provided you with the available tracking information and status of your shipment. At the time of that communication, your order was still within the standard delivery timeframe, so the information provided would have remained the same while the package was still in transit. We also understand that tracking updates can sometimes be frustrating. There can occasionally be delays once a package is with the carrier due to factors such as high shipping volumes, carrier processing, or routing updates. Unfortunately, these circumstances are outside of our direct control. The important thing is that your order was still in transit and on its way to you. The fit feels great so far and the BT connection is simple. I just haven’t yet had the opportunity to try them out on the range. That will happen soon and if they work as expected it will become a 5-star rating.
