These guys are extremely responsive. Always available at a toll-free number and have batted 1.000 in fixing whatever issues I've encountered. I also like that their support extends to all of our devices, phones for my wife and I, my home office PC laptop and various peripherals as well as her Mac and Apple tablet. All for 2 years at a fixed one-time price.

Constant phone calls , even though i explicitly informed them i have no interest in buying their product. It would seem they cannot understand the word "no"! Don't buy their products, cause you'll be continuously hounded by unwanted calls.

The technician was very quick but thorough and helpful. Quickly identified a problem with my internet speed and notified me. Very pleasant and helpful!

I rarely do this kind of thing. I posted this also on my facebook page, and my people wondered if it was me, or if I had been hacked to marketing, lol. Here it is: a year ago, I purchased a technology support plan. I was SO nervous to trust it, but it has been AMAZING. They do EVERYTHING with ANY new device you get to set it up and get it running.
