Great heater and exceptional customer service.

We have used a Turbro space heater in our Minnesota UNHEATED garage in the winter time for several years. Our new one did not work as well as expected but we experienced Quick painless resolution of our problem!! Thank you for standing by your warranty and frequent follow up from customer service. The first unit I received the heating unit did not want to consistently work. I contacted support and they were so helpful. They sent me out a new unit and it works great. I am so happy with this fireplace.

The product and price is good - - I would have given TURBRO five stars if the customer service was better ...it took 2 weeks and at least 5 eMails to get one of my 2 heaters replaced .
