Great and fast customer service

ITEM STOP WORKING AFTER ONE WEEK I CONTACT THEN AND THEY WILL REPLACE FOR ME , GREAT COMPANY.

Our first order on Turbro was damaged, never delivered, so was replaced immediately and received it within 3 business days. We open packaged which was packed tight and well packaged. We immediately tried it on, and found out this small thing called Fireplace, a "mini fireplace" I think can really help save you energy. Its been cold here in Illinois, today, Tuesday, 11/12/2019, windchill is -9 and temp is 8'F, blhurrr!!! Felt like Iceland vacation! Just make sure you follow the instructions enclosed for safety. We run this tiny fireplace at night 21F degrees outside. We set our Condo temp at 66 degrees F and between 6pm - 10pm, our furnace thermostat went up to 68 degrees without the Furnace running. Awesome experience; cant wait to see how much our next heating bill, and how much we may have saved. I do recommend this thing... I called "The Little Mighty Turbro Fireplace"

I have used a number of space heaters. This one is by far the best hands down. It will heat a large too. Enjoy!!!

Great space heater, great customer service, great product

I contacted customer service ofTurbro's because I needed help for a problem I had with my home heater. They asked me some questions regarding the heater, they were very concerned with my situation. I sent them the info they asked for & next thing I knew they solved my problem. They sent me a new heater in a matter of days. I couldn't believe how soon they took care of my cry for help. I am so pleased & happy with their service. I recommend this company strongly.
