Ordered 2 pairs, customer service cought an error on my part so they fixed that. When i received my glasses on pair felt off, so i contacted them. They promply replied and asked me to choose another model at no charge. My new pair came in today and they are great. Thank you

Ublins has wonderful products and the very best customer service I've experienced. I've made several mistakes on orders, and customer service consistently corrects my dumb errors and never gets mad at me!! A pair of Ublins glasses lost a little detail on the trim after I'd worn them a few times, and Ublins sent me a relacement frame! Ublins is just the best!
