John was amazing! He worked with us to help us transition from one home to storage and then back to our new home! He was always available to answer questions and he was always so kind in all our conversation! Our unit was taken when we were done loading it to storage and then brought to our home when we were ready to unload it! Everything inside the unit was perfect with very little movement! I would highly recommend Units and if I ever needed storage again they would be the only storage place I would consider going with!

We have 5 Units on rent right now for our seasonal business. As always we waited to the last minute to order each one, but Amy was able to get our Units out the same day! Great customer service and reliability! Thanks! Units.

Delivery was timely and Unit was placed where I wanted it. Also was placed on wood blocks to protect the concrete. Pick up was also timely. On a side note, I did work for Units in the office when they were on 124th street

RJ, was great. He had great communication skills; returned phone call promptly, explained costs thoroughly. When my HOA had issues with the unit he went to bat for me. I appreciated our business.

Decent price to provide me with temp storage while garage was being remodeled. Unit was clean and in good condition and delivery and pick up were timely.
