Stephen was great instructor. Whenever there were questions, he was able to pivot to address the questions quite easily and even offer additional information. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and had a lot of experience to guide him.

Stephen Mercer was a wonderful instructor. Covered all of the standard information, but provided supplemental information to bridge gaps. Never hesitated to stop and answer questions. Wants everybody to succeed and truly has a passion for this.

Stephen Mercer was my instructor for this class. He taught at a great pace and took time to answer any questions we had. The course material was well defined and extremely helpful. He also added extra "instructor" materials that will be helpful when taking the exam. Thank you!

I appreciated Stephen's willingness to explain any questions that we had. He was also very inclusive which kept my action. All in all, this course was a good experience

Stephen Mercer is Very Knowledgeable! The training curriculum has a lot of content to go through and Stephen made it interesting by tailoring the training and providing real world scenarios, examples, templates and helping answer questions during the training. He was very friendly and provided valuable insights.

Stephen Mercer was the instructor for this course and I truly enjoyed his class. He was beyond knowledgeable in this area and was able to answer any and all questions that were asked of him. He was easy to understand and hi voice was easy to listen to :) The material provided has been beneficial to this class and I feel will allow me to prepare for taking my exam in the coming months.

PMP Certification The instructor, Stephen Mercer is a great instructor. The level of information is intense and long, but made the 4 days very interesting and barrable.

Stephen Mercer was fantastic and the course was very informative. The materials were very thorough and comprehensive. My only tip for improvement would be this: There were several multiple choice questions that were read off, but not put up on the screen (for example, on a slide like the rest of the material). For those of us with ADHD, it's near impossible to fully participate because we tend to take a bit longer to process spoken information. It would have been great to have had those questions and the possible answers on a slide. :) Thank you again for a great course!
