Stephen Mercer lead a very informative, and relevant 4-day training for the PMP Certification. He had loads of tools and references for us to use during the class and after the session as we prepare for the exam. He takes the time to answer all questions and provide real life examples to solidify concepts. The days were well structured and ran on time. I would recommend the class/him.

Stephen Mercer is a wonderful instructor. He is highly knowledgeable and his lessons are clear and detailed. He provides plenty of supplemental material in addition to the course modules, which help greatly in testing your knowledge and understanding of course material. I have learned plenty from this course that I will be applying in my professional career

5 Stars! Everyone should question the training they select for PMP certification and Upskills staff answered every question and gave me confidence that they had it all to move forward. The instructor-led course with Stephen Mercer is top-notch! I highly recommend. The professor took time to have a discussion and feedback, and class members also shared stories. Looking forward to taking the exam, now that I am equipped with the skills and content I was seeking. I will check back in once I pass.

Stephen Mercer was a very good teacher during our recent 4 day course. Class size was relatively small, but Stephen took the time to address any and all questions. Made a particular point of emphasis in going thru test questions to examine the nuances behind the answers to help better guide you to what the PMP examination is looking for.
