Cheap but awful to work with. They nickel and dime you on everything. EVERYTHING. Felt like a joke. They did things wrong and wanted me to pay for it all the time. Not once or twice. Very difficult to communicate with, and that hurts your chances of getting things done the way you want and for the price you want. Just an awful experience all the way around

I have been waiting for over a week now for a simple design. I have had a few samples, but they do not listen to my requests. We are getting farther away with each revision ( that takes 1-2 days). I supplied my own artwork and just needed my company name in a font design. I cannot believe these guys are "award-winning" like they advertise. I wish I had my time and money back. As it is, I need to find someone else to finish this for me.
