This is the most unprofessional and deceiving clinic there is. My experience with this clinic (Pelham parkway medical of New York, LLC) at 5199 Broadway, Bronx, NY, Dr. Syed Rizvi, was awful, when I called for the appointment I was ensured that they accepted my insurance, however, after my visit, I was billed $450.00 in addition to what the insurance paid. I called them for an explanation, and was told that the Dr. is not a network participant, and that I had to pay the difference. They were deceitful and a ripoff. Their license should be suspended for false representation.

DO NOT TALK OR GO BIG RIPOFF .AFTER INS PAYS THEM THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY...NEWYORK LOCATION NEEDS TO CLOSE AND JAIL IS THE ONLY PLACE....

If a zero was an option I'd choose that,went to a subsidiary of this company which deals with fibroids.The doctor brushed me off quickly with no relief from that visit and the front desk advised I have to pay $450 upfront on my visit on Sep 2020 and my insurance would handle the rest.A month later I got my insurance statement and saw I was suppose to pay that clinic less.Ever since Oct 2020, I have gotten a run around from their billing department and still no refund check.Utter nonsense!!! If I knew this company operates like this I would've never step foot in it.

ZERO STARS!!! Run away!!! I went to the Office to get a procedure done. I was told my insurance would cover the procedure. The front office personnel was HIGHLY unprofessional. She did not communicate with me at all, and was on her cell phone each time I was at the window after being seen. So what happened? After my procedure was done, I was given a bill for $1000.00!!!! I have TWO insurances. I would have found a provider that covered the procedure if I was informed. Furthermore, this was not a life threatening procedure. They went into my account and withdrew the FULL amount after I stated my concerns. (I would have went elsewhere, I cannot afford $1000.00) They refunded the money and I made an arrangement for $25.00 a month. The Pandemic happened and I was out of work for some time. I made a payment February 26th, 2021 for $25.00. I did not make a payment in March. On April 15th, 2021, they took $869.00 out of my account!!! I called and asked them to reverse the charges less $50.00. They are stating that there is nothing they can do. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you want to get treatment at an ethical company who treats its patients with respect and transparency, THIS IS NOT IT!!! They are scam artists who provide treatment and tell the patient that everything will be covered when this is not the case!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I give them 0 as a review. I went to the 4159 Broadway location. It was a awful experience. The place is filthy and dirty. I waited for 1h and the Dr. Yetman did not show up for my appointment. Very disappointed..

I took an appointment for screening and they asked a copy of my insurance card and they confirmed accepting it. The day of my appointment, I drove 45 min with my knee pain to reach them and waited one hour. Then they approaced me and said we don't accept this insurance. The one that I sent them 2 days prior my visit and they confirmed they take it :(
