Yes They were good helping me with the refund for the 2006 Volkswagen Beetle. I spoke with nick on Friday July 22, 2022 which he stated the refund will be posted in my account on Monday or Tuesday of the week of 25 or 26 of July 2022. Thanks again Nick for your service. Robert Hembrick!!

This is a scam. I ordered an engine on 6/3 told it was in stock and would deliver in 4-5 business days. It did not sow so I CALLED THEM. It was delayed. They said I’d have it in a few business days. IT DIDN'T SHOW. They didn’t call me I CALLED THEM. This went on for 6 total delays!!! I missed my window for using a friend and his shop to do this quickly. I canceled my order and asked for a prompt refund on 6/30. Now it’s been 11 days since I asked for my money back and no satisfaction, no product, and poor customer service. 0 stars for Paul Adams, David Turner, and Nick Brown

After looking at all the used engine sites and then looking at the reviews given each company I decided on used Engines inc, most of them are brokers however Daniel wilson with this company was very up front and honest, my used engine started right up and is running strong so far ,they were excellent when it came to shipping tracking and daniel was always very helpful, I'd give him 5 stars on services and communications
