BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY. Similar to all the 1 star reviews, this place is a joke! “Oliver” sold me an engine he claims had 56k miles. My mechanic received it and would not install the garbage that was delivered. Engine had 134k and it was rusty. I asked them to pick up the engine and they did a few days later. “Nick” said when they receive the engine, they would inspect it then process the refund. It took a few days so I followed up on the refund and then spoke with “Alan” and said he would get the refund processed but they were having delays refunding debit/credit cards and it would take 30 days. He said a wire transfer would be the fastest so I provided routing and account info. After 2 days, they said they had refunds in the que and mine would be processed. I waited another day and replied that if I didn’t receive my full refund, I would contact my credit card company to dispute. No refund after nearly a week so I disputed. Since I communicated with Used Engines via email majority of the time, my credit card company has all the important details. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. UPDATE to Used Engines response: COMPETE BS! "Alan Gessler"gave me the run-around and told me that "issues" you "were facing in processing the card refunds, we had a few refunds in queue." That it would take a month so he asked for my routing and account numbers for a faster refund. After I provided that, no refund for nearly a week and that's why this is being disputed with my credit card company.
