US Lock SupplyReviews of uslocksupply.com

I appreciate how quickly I receive the items purchased as every time I order from this company.

Good service and fast delivery time.

The sales people were very helpful in determining what I needed to complete the panic bar and electronic coded exterior entry hardware. The hardware was at a fair price! The order was processed and delivered promptly. Thank you for all your help!

I ordered the wrong part. Not their fault. Can’t return it cause I scuffed it up installing it.

My wife and I are doing a remodel and the most frustrating and difficult part of the process was finding matching handles and locks for our interior and exterior doors. That was until I found US Lock Supply. It was one stop shopping and after spending countless hours of attempting piece this together and exaggerated pricing I was able to get everything we needed at fair pricing in minutes. I was so skeptical that it could be that easy that I called them and talked to Mark the next morning to be sure, upon calling my call was answered by a real person immediately and Mark confirmed the order and answered any lingering questions about what I needed. They have one a customer for life and I would highly recommend this company and have already done so to my contracter buddies. Thank you US Lock and Supply. You’ve saved me much frustration and arguments with my wife! 😉

I was sent the wrong lock because it was in a mislabeled bag. I called Customer Service and they shipped a replacement overnight. The new lock fits perfectly and was in excellent condition. Great service despite the original issue.

great price! A little slow to ship but all good highly recommend! A++

I don’t do reviews at all usually BUT this tool is imperative to what I do! I absolutely think this was a genius idea and makes “pointing the finger” game undefeated!
