This is the second time that I am ordering from US lock supply and each time the items I ordered were delivered in a timely fashion and also packed well. No damage whatsoever. I recommend anybody interested in what they sell to use this company in the future.

Thanks to U.S. Lock Supply for having the door closer in stock and shipped darn near immediately.😎 Their pricing is fair and was easy to do business with. I will contact them for all future needs. I recommend U.S. Lock Supply.

We are tax exempt. It was a please to actually speak with someone quickly, address my request, and process the order. I would definitely recommend them for hardware.

I ordered three single cylinder deadbolts from US Lock Supply. I paid $20 per lock to have them keyed alike. The deadbolts I received were keyed differently. Further, the page said the lock came with a 6 pin keyway. US Lock Supply sent keys cut for 5 pins. When I complained, I received a curt "I don't know how that happened" - no offer to make the order right. I had to insist on a return. Then the representative had the gall to tell me to "pack them very well".

Great experience, would definitely order from them again. Order arrived exactly as purchased very quickly. Price was very reasonable and competitive with other sites.
