US Unlocked is a service that allows non-US residents to use virtual cards to shop online from US retailers. Some benefits of using US Unlocked:1. Access to US-only e-commerce: Many US-based online retailers only ship to US addresses. By using US Unlocked, you can create a virtual US address.2. Lower shipping costs: Shipping internationally can be expensive, but by using a US address through US Unlocked, you can take advantage of domestic US shipping rates and save money by consolidating shipments.3. Secure transactions: US Unlocked provides a secure platform for online transactions, protecting your personal and financial information. 4. Two card types: Unlimited number of merchant-specific virtual cards that lock to a specific merchant after a single use. These cards are great for managing online subscriptions. One-time-use cards that can only be used for a single transaction for the most secure shopping experience.5. Simplified shopping experience: By using US Unlocked virtual cards, you can avoid the hassle of currency conversions and transaction fees that may arise when using a non-US prepaid card.Overall, US Unlocked can be useful for those looking to simplify the online purchasing process from US retailers.

This company took money meant for a virtual credit card and held it. They still have not released the funds many years later. I have attempted communication with them and was told to ask the government for the money. The website still shows "pending deposit" and the exact amount they still hold...5 years later. I have no idea how this is still a functioning company as they have taken my money and through no explanation will not provide the service I paid for.

Does not accept costumers outside the U.S. anymore and hasn't done for a long time which makes their whole existence meaningless. Use Statescard instead. Much more serious.

What a lot of people hating here don't realize is that this is the one option for those abroad with loved ones in U.S. prisons to speak to or connect with their loved ones, because the largest prison phone companies in the US require an American credit card, specificallywith a US address. This is literally an essential link for those people.

Do not use "Monthly maintenance fee" of $3.50 which is misleading as this is effectively a subscription You get nothing for this maintenance fee at all and it appears when you sign up you only pay for the fees of the transaction which I would have been ok with

Absolutely aweful scam of a company how are they even allowed to get away with this? DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A ONE WAY TICKET TO A NIGHTMARE - YOU PUT YOUR MONEY VIA BANK TRANSFER INTO THEIR ACCOUNT SO YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS SHOULD ANY ISSUE ARISE AND THEY DO - THEIR SERVICES DO NOT WORK WHICH THEY CHARGE YOU ON BTW EVERYTIME YOU USE THEM,. I DID NOT PUT MY COUNTRY CODE BEFORE MY MOBILE SO I COULD NOT RECEIVE MY PIN CODE TO UNLOCK MY (VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD) AND TO CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER YOURSELF YOU NEED TO BE VERIFIED USING A PASSPORT OF DRIVING LICENSE ALL OF WHICH I DO NOT OWN, SO I HAD TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS VIA MESSAGES TO BE SENT A VIRTUAL PIN TO UNLOCK MY VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD ONLY FOR IT NOT TO WORK WHEN I USED IT - NOW I HAVE $49.50 SAT ON THEIR SITE DOING NOTHING AND WHEN I ASK TO REFUND BACK TO MY BANK MY MESSAGES ARE BEING IGNORED - HOW ARE THESE AWEFUL COMPANIES ONLINE GET AWAY WITH THIS ITS UTTERLY DISGUSTING THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE REGULATION THESE COMPANIES THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT THE HELL THEY LIKE!
