Vacatia keeps calling me even though I haven't done business with them or the company they bought, Vacation Village for approximately 10 years They are calling me in such a way that only leaves a message to call them, which they have done once a week for several months. So I assume that they are trying only to harass me. Do not do business with them. Timeshares are not a good product; 85% of people who buy them are sorry that they did. They have expenses that the buyer can't control and their value depreciates rapidly. And this company is not reputable.

Relentless and Unacceptable Timeshare…
Relentless and Unacceptable Timeshare Sales Pressure at South Point
My friend and I attended a Vacatia timeshare presentation associated with South Point in Las Vegas. We were offered a £125 gift card, having paid a £20 cash deposit.
The presentation lasted over two hours and turned into an extremely uncomfortable experience due to the relentless pressure from the two female sales representatives.
My friend is 83 years old and already owns a timeshare at The Grandview. He explained that, because of his age, declining health and mobility difficulties, he was no longer interested in returning to Las Vegas or continuing to travel as he once did.
Rather than respecting his decision, the representatives continued pressuring him.
One even made the astonishing comment, "80 is the new 60."
When Alan explained that he no longer wanted to use his timeshare, they suggested that he transfer it into my name or gift his points to family and friends.
It felt as though every reason he gave for declining was met with another attempt to change his mind.
The representatives repeatedly presented different prices and offers, despite us making it abundantly clear that we were not interested.
What upset me most was the apparent complete disregard for my friend's circumstances. I felt that emotional pressure was being used to persuade an elderly man to make financial commitments he clearly did not want.
The pressure became so excessive that I personally had to intervene and tell the representatives to back off and stop pressuring him.
Even after numerous refusals, they seemed unwilling to accept our decision. Once they finally realised that neither of us was going to purchase anything, their attitudes changed noticeably. They became sour-faced and visibly displeased.
I understand that these presentations are designed to generate sales. However, there is a considerable difference between promoting a product and repeatedly pressuring someone who has clearly said no.
An 83-year-old explaining that his health prevents him from travelling should be treated with understanding and respect, not subjected to further persuasion.
No means no, regardless of someone's age or circumstances.
I would strongly caution anyone considering attending one of these presentations, particularly older visitors and their families, to be prepared for potentially intense sales pressure.
The gift card was simply not worth the experience.
I sincerely hope South Point and Vacatia review these sales practices and ensure that customers are treated with dignity, respect and the freedom to decline without being subjected to relentless pressure.

Vacatia timeshare
Vacatia purchased our timeshare. Even though we no longer wish to own the time share they won’t communicate with us how we can get out of our timeshare. Do not use this company or this resort

Scam...they don't answer the phone except for sales
The only department open is the sales department. They do not answer any customer service numbers and don't respond. Why would anyone want to be an owner is this scam of a system? I cannot log in, I cannot access my account, and there is no one to help. They will sell you something all day, but not help in any way!

We would give 0 if it was an option.
We would give 0 if it was an option.
This company is a bunch of liars and scammers. They constantly harass us. We were supposed to have a virtual meeting and their link didn't work so they blamed us.
They keep trying to sell us a free getaway for an "informational meeting" that should last no more than an hour. BS We've never had a meeting less than 2 hrs.
STAY AWAY AND GET RID OF THE BURDEN.

Ever since we purchased our unit at…
Ever since we purchased our unit at Grandview Las Vegas, we have placed our unit in the rental pool. Since we began using the rental pool, we have consistently received a rent check that was at lease $200 more that we had payed in maintenance fees. Vacatia took over from Daily Management, and our first rental check from them shows our week 9 unit was only rented for $400, which is well below fair market rate. Further, our week 9 rent check was finally received today, May 23. We have demanded an explanation and accepting of this immediately.
