We stayed at Mizner Place last year and loved it. However not being an owner making a reservation was more than challenging. We stayed 4 weeks and made reservations week by week with a third party. Daniella, at the front desk, was MORE than helpful to get everything sorted out for each week so that we got a room we thought we were getting. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s professional, friendly and truly wants your stay to be a positive one.

Nice accommodations and respectful of requests. Only issue was we couldn't get wifi to work in Kindle and Cox couldn't figure it out.

Had a great week with family but was disappointed in lack of staffing in the Splash cafe. Only one staff member assigned to make drinks (cocktails), take orders, deliver orders and responsible for watching pool safety rules. This is what creates high turnover for staff. Not appropriate for one person to be responsible for all of that. Creates delays in orders, forgetfulness and burnout.

Had a nice week, area was busy with cleanup due to all the rain they had. Splash had some issues but they made food available for purchase during the first part of the week. Bartender was super nice and mad excellent drinks.

Recently stayed at Fort Lauderdale Beach location, traveled with 2 friends, 1 has worked in hostility business, her comments were the floors were dirty, housekeeping only made 1 stop during our 5 day stay,,staff was friendly, the rooms were good for a older place, the kitchen was well stocked, pillows w ere too soft, not a bad place for the daily rate would stay again.

Its always a nice visit but this year it seemed the units were not as well equipped as in years past and the continued staffing issues was a cause for delay at splash

Bed wasn’t very good. I required a topper which they made me pay for. Also, extremely disappointed with the Splash restaurant. Amenities were excellent and the grounds are very well kept.
