This place has the worst customer service I was charged for 2 bags and they asked me to send a packing slip which I did,it’s been w weeks and still won’t reply. I highly recommend don’t purchase from them, they won’t call back or try and resolve the issue.

I have spent quite a bit of money with this company and the other day they send me a damaged shirt with rust stains all over it and yet they want me to go somewhere to print a label and than drop off the shirt at a usps.. why is this on me, Using my time and gas to do this.. I emailed them all the photos of the stains on the shirt so therefore they cant sell it they could of just gave me my money back made it easier on me and i trash the shirt as its absolutely damaged and useless Than Today another package comes and i thought all my items were in the bag however i was missing 2 items i see the packing slip and they wrote on my packing slip refunding for both items i am missing...Are u serious they were available when i purchased them and instead of making me aware of the issue by email before they ship my package i find out on a paper in the bag upon delivery..How can something show available if its not available i cant believe a company like valabasas who i admired for their amazing clothing would be ran this way.. Idk after these 2 issues in the last 3 days really put a bad taste in my mouth.. Now i have 2 more orders coming amd now wondering if any of my stuff will be missing again talking about its out of stock..If its out of stock than it should be out of stock its just that simple..This has been a Very Stressful Experience for me lately and they prolly dont give a crap about how i feel which is fine..Companies seem to only care about the money anymore, and customer service is horrible..I want a response back from them but as i see they seem to only respond to only the good reviews.. I was talking to.highly of valabasas but now i just dont know how i feel at this point..what happened i ordered so much last year and it was the best experience ever and now something has changed and i would like to know why!

Hello GreenEyez, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your recent orders. We truly value your loyalty and the trust you’ve placed in us over the past year, and we regret that your recent experiences have not reflected the high standards we strive to maintain. Unfortunately, situations can arise during high-demand sales periods where inventory updates do not sync as quickly as expected, leading to low stock or items becoming unavailable after purchase. We understand how frustrating this is, especially when you were looking forward to receiving those items. Regarding the damaged shirt, we apologize for the added steps required in our return process. While our system requires returns to be processed through USPS for tracking and quality assurance, we recognize the inconvenience this caused and appreciate the photos you provided to document the issue. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to extend a 10% discount on your next purchase using the code VALABASAS10. We hope this helps restore your confidence in us and shows our commitment to making things right. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve our processes and better serve our customers. We truly appreciate your continued support and hope your upcoming orders meet your expectations. Warm regards, Valabasas Management Team

The order came within a week and I couldn't believe the quality of the fabric, design and sewing of the product. 100% well made! The price was super low due to Black Friday deals. My grandson will be very pleased!

I have ordered twice from Valabasas so far and both orders arrived rather quickly. When I looked at the quality of the jeans and jacket I purchased I was not disappointed at all. The material was high quality and everything fit perfectly. I will be ordering from Valabasas again!

I just got their new drop in. Jacket called Velour. I’ve gotten more compliments than when I wear Balenciaga. Sad but I learned a lesson 😂
