I recently ordered multiple items from this unprofessional company. One item in particular, this black jacket was entirely to big. I contacted the company via email with a respectful letter about how much I liked the item, and that I wanted to wear it to a New Year’s Eve event. I ask what size they thought would best fit. They responded with size large, and a link to make a return. When I attempted to return the item, the link they sent would let me proceed. When I contacted them about the link they told me I now could return it. After approving the return initially. So now I’m stuck with a jacket I can’t wear. We all know choosing sizes while online shopping can be difficult. To not offer the opportunity to return for a smaller size is massively unprofessional. And shows no care for the customer. Don’t waste your time shopping with this company. They ultimately just want tour money. To lazy to resolve an issue with a repeat shopper. I just wanted another size. And they said screw me and kept my money.
