Customer service was straight out of the 90's. His speech was relaxed, direct and had the answer to my question, in detail, before I could spit it out in its entirety. A total of three times I contacted support through Facebook messenger and each experience was better than the last. To round this ellipticalexperience off, I was showed by an extra $20 added to my total as a gesture of appreciation.
