I went to Velocity Micro ready to possibly buy a laptop that offers better performance than my desktop. I chatted with Mike and gave him the product number for the desktop that I purchased from them about 5 years ago (it still runs great). Mike helped me identify possible bottlenecks on my PC. He offered me a couple of ways to help its performance. He gave me a specific upgrade recommendation. Mike gave me amazing service, he provided me with the best suggestions for my situation regardless of if it involved making a purchase at Velocity Micro. I could not ask for better customer service.

As the original boutique PC builder, since the early 1990's, this is the company and product that so many companies are trying to emulate today. Just buy the OG product, skip the knock-offs. Very long time customer.

Mike with Velocity made the purchase a breeze. I bought a fully outfitted Raptor Z55 ATX and let me tell ya what... it's a screamer! Great product & a great company! I definitely recommend you check them out!

We've bought nearly a dozen desktops and laptops from Velocity over the years for staff of our non-profit. We've always been impressed by their quality, performance, and reliability. Are their computers perfect? No, PC hardware failure is a reality for every manufacturer, no matter how well made. But what's always been perfect is their response - nothing but the very best service and support. I will never buy from anywhere else.

We use Velocity workstations for scientific imaging systems and our experience has been excellent. Great workmanship and the support is exceptional. We recommend them.

Velocity Micro, from whom I have purchased numerous computers over the last nearly 20 years, is a great company and it is the only place where I would buy a computer. Their machines are of high quality and are custom built to your own specs. I am a serious user of my computer, both personally and more importantly in my businesses. They are always very well built, fast, up to date and completely reliable. And they always look as good as they run! Their staff is knowledgeable and are always ready to help, build fabulous computers. One need no look any further than Velocity Micro for great quality and service.

On 2/11/22 I sent an email to JC and VM support about an incorrect RMA'd part that I received. I left a review on Resellerratings about the issue. The review was up for over 6 months without any reply from VM. Yesterday I check on my review to see if anyone ever bothered replying to it, only to find out VM had my review removed. So, I'm posting here here about it. It's been over a year and VM still refuses to give me the correct RMA part that I paid extra for when I had my system built. I'm done with this company. In the past, this company was excellent to deal with, but has since gone downhill. EDIT: Who whomever replied from VM, Of course you won't see an open RMA, as the issue was a year ago. Please re-read my post. I have emailed VM and JC and never got a reply. So, why should I keep contacting support and JC if they won't ever reply to me?

I ordered the Raptor ES40i to be custom built to my requirements. My sales consultant Greg was extremely helpful with suggestions to make my rig future proof. The package was extremely sturdy and was delivered on time in perfect condition. My new PC from Velocity Micro is lightning fast and performs flawlessly. The detail and build quality is second to none. Outstanding!... I will NOT hesitate to order again in the future. Very happy with my choice. Thank you Velocity Micro 😀 SR
