I have no issue with Veriheal but that last Dr I spoke with for my renewal was a bit rude and it was a little shocking honestly

I would have been very pleased except for one thing. I was online filling everything out and making the payment and unbeknownst to me, Veriheal was calling at the same time. I immediately called back after submitting my form and payment, and was told that they were calling to give me a $49 coupon but they couldn’t honor it now because I already made the payment. I find that to be ridiculous. Why wouldn’t you offer the coupon on your website? As a senior citizen, I would have appreciated the $49 coupon very much. I hope you will consider changing how you do that so that others don’t lose out on the opportunity to save much needed money. UPDATE: it is true that there will be a credit to my account, however, the credit will not take place for another YEAR when I renew!!

The 2nd doctor and very first man I spoke with were very helpful. The first doctor I waited 45 minutes and he never showed. However the most unpleasant part of that experience was the girl veriheal worker when I called to inform about the doctor now showing got a very bad attitude with me. I was the one that had to show compassion and restraint as if I was the one working customer service and she was the customer who was done wrong. She sounded like she was having a bad night and took it out on me and when I kept my cool she came back around to acting “professional”

This is my fourth renewal of my medical card. The last three were great experiences. This time the doctor left me hanging and never joined the meeting. I had to contact Veriheal to get it sorted out. I was waiting for an hour. Not a huge deal but I ended up having to push back my next appointment.

There was Confusion on how to get recertification or relevance. I paid the money but have no idea of my license odds coming because nobody will return my call.

Doctors are too expensive, I'll be looking for a doctor outside Veriheal, as the price in Florida is much less than what I paid for.
