This is the third time I have ordered this. I used the quicker delivery and it was great but more costly to Australia. The last time we used this on Axel, he seemed a much happier individual so looking forward to the same.

Needed help with a product to deal with one of our dogs' skin ailments. Not only did I get an answer and a suggestion, but two links to articles relating to the dog's condition. In addition, the Vet from VETiONX actually called me to discuss the issue. The products arrived and are working very well. Our dog is, once again, happy and active and the odor is gone. By the way, we've taken our dogs to the local vet as well and in every case VETiONX products are both more effective and less expensive.

My dog has itchy skin. There are no rashes or hot spots visible but he scratches on & off throughout the day. So far, giving him the recommended daily dose of Vetionx has not made any difference to this. I will persevere through the 2 bottles sent & see how things are after they are completed.

Dear Diana, Thank you for your feedback in regards to our products. We are sorry to hear that you haven't seen improvements in your dog's itchy skin yet. Our records show that the product was delivered 4 days ago, in most cases this is not enough time. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. For pet health questions we offer an "Ask our Vet" option available through our website at: www.vetionx.com/ask-our-vet-form.php Here you can post questions directly to a licensed Veterinarian - free of charge. Dr. Char will respond between 24 and 48 hours to any pet health questions or concerns you might have. Please let us know how else we can help. With best wishes Your Vetionx Team

My cat Bam Bam was diagnosed with Diabetes which came on very quickly. He has been on the the Diaionx for exactly two weeks and has improved 200%. It seem to give him his life back. I never put him on Insulin as the vet strongly suggested. He is back climbing to higher places, his eyes are no longer watery, he is eating extremely well. (I did change his diet and he receives a no carb diet, with people food like chicken, ham and eggs, leftover steak which he truly loves. Thank you Vetionx for your help on getting Bam Bam back to his old self. I am a believer!

I started off slowly with Vetionix to gauge the effectiveness of a few products. I had a recent addition to my car family when a friend passed and he was nervious. I puchased the Anxietrex and it helped. I bought the hairball formula which all 3 cats think is a big treat. Based on this success I am buying the arthitis and general health support supplements. I love the fact that the products are homeopathic and derived from natural sources. So far, so very good. I also appreciate the completeness of information about each product.

I started using VETiONX 2 weeks ago on my 5 labs, but bought it mostly for my oldest that has bad hips and arthritis. It's only been a few weeks and I am wanting to give it more time, but I do notice her running a bit more outside and seems to be happier in the house wanting to play tug of war, which doesn't usually happen. I believe the product is doing something for her and will continue to use.

Package arrived very quickly but my dog has now been on your product for 2 weeks (on my second bottle) and she is still scratching a lot. Maybe a little less but still quite a bit. I'm disappointed. Please advise!

Hi Susan~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us in regards to our product, Derma-IonX. How are you administering the Derma-IonX? Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some pets see faster results than others. Factors that may play in this will depend on the severity of the ailment, the age and breed of the pet, environment, and their diet and supplements provided. Because there are no chemicals in our products like conventional medicine, patience is required. We really wish there was a quicker way to get results that you are looking for. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Our vet may be able to provide you with some additional suggestions to help your dog. For pet health questions we offer an "Ask our Vet" option available through our website at: www.vetionx.com/ask-our-vet-form.php Here you can post questions directly to a licensed Veterinarian - free of charge. Dr. Char is very knowledgeable and will respond between 24 and 48 hours to any questions or concerns you might have. Please let us know how else we can help. Please note that we also responded to your email you sent us in regards to this as well. Best wishes The Vetionx Team
